The High Altitude Investors (HAI) angel forum facilitates the introduction
of entrepreneurs to potential investors through presentations and other
mechanisms.

Conditions for Membership:

• Minimum of $1 million net worth
• Trusted and respected member of the business community
• Willing to provide advice to companies under evaluation or investment
• Peer recommendation

No obligation at first meeting. $750 in annual dues covers cost of meetings,
investment screenings and administration.

It is in the Member's best interest to complete the Membership Survey and submit that information along with the Membership Application form. This provides guidance to the club as potential deals are selected for presentation and consideration.
